All churches are in some form of transition. During clergy transitions, conflict, or mission ambiguity, governing boards may want to do a mission/vision study, refine core values, explore new ministry opportunities, do a demographics study, or explore staff modeling. Some churches are in size transitions or may be affected by changing community demographics. Others can just be stuck, unable to visualize growth. All these can benefit from transition coaching.
