Service Description

Navigating governing boards, difficult personalities, staff dynamics, leadership styles, programming decisions, and communication challenges—these are everyday realities in clergy life. And while each situation feels unique, you’re not the only one carrying these questions. In fact, the wisdom you need may already be in the room. Group clergy coaching creates a space where pastors can think out loud together, share real experiences, and learn from one another in a structured, guided conversation. It’s not about giving quick answers—it’s about uncovering better questions, broadening perspective, and discovering new ways forward. In these sessions, you will: • Explore challenges from multiple angles • Learn how others are navigating similar situations • Reflect on your own leadership with greater clarity • Generate practical, context-sensitive strategies • Experience the support of colleagues who truly understand The goal is simple: to help you lead with greater confidence, creativity, and faithfulness in the moment you’re in. The first session with a representative of the group is free—an opportunity to ask questions and discern whether this format is a good fit for your group. Groups are intentionally small (limited to seven participants) to ensure meaningful conversation and trust.
