Transition Study

Service Description

After a free consultation a proposal will be made with a timeline, scope of work, and price quote. Small churches <100 usually take a month. Churches 101-250 usually take 2-3 months. Churches >250 can take 3+ months. A study usually includes a survey of the congregation, work with the leadership team and governing board to assess mission/vision/core values, a review of the church's history, its current program, financial and human resources, an assessment of strengths and weaknesses, and the energy level of the congregation. A demographics study can be included and will explore other ministry opportunities that exist in the local church context.
