About Dr. Lorne Bostwick
For more than thirty-five years I have had the privilege of walking alongside pastors, congregations, and community leaders through seasons of transition, renewal, and growth. My work integrates pastoral ministry, coaching, organizational leadership, and counseling to help individuals and communities discern faithful paths forward.
I believe healthy leadership begins with deep listening—to God, to one another, and to the stories that shape our lives. Whether coaching clergy, consulting with congregations, or teaching leaders, my goal is always to cultivate wisdom, courage, and hope rather than simply solve immediate problems.
There are resources on this site that may help you. I write occasional blogs on Church Leadership and life. There is a developing resource library with resources on Pastoral transitions, Clergy Leadership and Resilience, Clergy retreats, and Congregational Discernment. Browse the Library through the Main Menu, Featured Resources, and a button below the two featured resources that will take you into the full library. The resource library is currently free.
If you're looking for a thoughtful partner to help you navigate change, strengthen leadership, or discern God's future for your ministry, I'd be honored to begin that conversation.

There is no obligation and no pressure. It is an opportunity for us to learn a little about one another, to discuss the challenges you're facing, and to discern together whether coaching or consulting would be helpful. If another resource would better serve your needs, I'll gladly tell you that as well.
